Position Description
Evergreen Trading is a dynamic and innovative media trading company dedicated to providing outstanding advertising solutions to our clients. We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity for an individual eager to kickstart their career in the fast-paced world of advertising operations.
The successful candidate will rapidly grow into the role of Advertising Operations Associate and learn skills on the job to support the team with digital marketing campaign setup and reporting needs across their portfolio of clients.
Who are you today?
- You may not have a college degree or a career history in Ad Ops, but you love all things digital, are meticulous, have high attention to detail, and love seeing projects through to completion with a high standard of execution.
- You might have some digital marketing experience, but that is not a requirement to apply for this job.
- You are a good communicator, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You love to solve problems, develop creative solutions, and collaborate with others to get projects completed.
- You can adapt to the ever-changing needs of client projects, and have the tenacity, responsibility, and commitment to follow through and get things done.
- You have the right mix of attitude, aptitude, and commitment to take on this opportunity. It will be hard work, and if you are willing to learn, this program will kickstart your career.
Duties & Responsibilities of the role you will be learning on the job:
- Work with the digital team to set up and manage digital advertising campaigns.
- Set up and monitor analytics to communicate, manage, and optimize performance.
- Develop effective reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign information, insights, and intelligence to clients and colleagues.
- Plan and manage campaign projects.
- Communicate effectively on projects to manage internal and external expectations.
Prior Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Highly detail-oriented, organized and data-driven.
- Able to communicate effectively and work well with a team.
- Passionate about digital marketing, and curious to learn more every day.
- Love learning and ready to develop new technical and professional skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
- Meta Advertising Platform
- Yahoo DSP
- HubSpot
Salary: $45,000
The above represents the expected base salary for this role. Exact compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
How does the Apprenticeship component work?
- This is NOT an internship, it’s a paid position for someone looking to develop their career in Advertising Operations.
- As an apprentice, you have the opportunity to learn and develop skills on the job. Each week you are given time to study, learn, and practice what’s needed to succeed.
- The program is a 12-month intensive training program focusing on Advertising Operations in the Digital Media environment that is designed to teach you to do the job.
- Your day-to-day responsibilities are similar to a regular professional. As an Advertising Operations apprentice, your role is to operate the workflow processes and software systems that are used to sell, input, serve, target, and report on the performance of online advertising, and digital marketing activities.
- As an apprentice, you get to learn this while you work, during office hours.
