Community Boost is seeking a Digital Marketing Events Coordinator to fuel the success of our nonprofit marketing efforts. The Events Coordinator will concentrate on orchestrating impactful in-person and virtual events, producing captivating content, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality resources to the nonprofit sector. This position is for you if you are a lifelong learner with a passion for nonprofit marketing.
What you will do:
- Collaborating diligently with the Director of Events to prioritize and develop compelling, relevant content that enhances our members' marketing knowledge and skills.
- Partnering with the Director of Events to orchestrate highly profitable and impactful virtual Nonprofit Marketing Summits.
- Representing Community Boost at various marketing events, both virtually and in-person, by actively participating and delivering speeches. Travel approximately 25-35%.
- Planning and organizing Community Boost webinars, while implementing strategies to increase registration and attendance.
- Developing and strategizing marketing materials to boost awareness of our events, guides, and other resources.
- Supporting the selling of sponsorships for the Nonprofit Marketing Summits.
- Designing and building specialized landing pages on Hubspot for different Community Boost events/webinars.
- Managing speaker outreach initiatives and coordinating individual sessions for our events.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in digital/virtual event planning and execution.
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically Hubspot
- Relationships and a rolodex from the non-profit industry
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Innovative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to multitask and manage various projects simultaneously, while maintaining a calm and controlled approach.
- Proficient in social media platforms and outreach techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion and deep understanding of major marketing platforms and systems
- Strong knowledge of the nonprofit sector
- Passion for planning and organizing events
- Leveraging networking skills to build and nurture strong relationships within the nonprofit sector, and with partners, stakeholders, and potential sponsors, to further enhance the visibility and impact of our events
What we provide:
- Salary band: $60,000 - 85,000

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based upon business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills, experience, and education, market demands, and internal parity.
