The Website Project Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of existing company web properties and managing projects to improve or develop additional functionality. About DTTP

Daikin Texas Technology Park- has a footprint of 4.23 million square feet under a single roof, and is the third largest factory in the United States. Opened in 2017 as the manufacturing, logistics, and engineering center for Daikin's American subsidiary Goodman, the plant makes heating and air conditioning products sold under the Goodman, Amana, and Daikin brands.

Responsibilities

May include:

• Project initiation and planning, directing, managing project execution, monitoring and controlling project work.
• Efficiently and effectively coordinates internal resources and projects between departments and agencies.
• Oversees projects and facilitates communication to ensure that process is followed between departments.
• Supports and communicates with internal and external (vendor) teams to ensure expectations are set, resources are assigned, and all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate website integrations with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Day to day management of existing web properties (content, front-end development, back-end and infrastructure).
• Ensure stringent quality control processes for all deliverables.
• Manage complex web development projects involving front-end development, back-end databases, digital marketing analytics.
• Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

• Applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
• Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions

Qualifications

Knowledge & Skills:

• Extensive experience in software development life cycle, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative, digital, and engineering components.
• Experience in gathering user requirements, converting them into technical specifications for developers and managing the development and implementation.
• Must have experience and working knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Understanding and working knowledge of front and back-end development. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net Core Web App MVC. Knowledge of Web APIs.
• Must be able to work and have experience with content management systems.
• Team building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proactive communicator.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Understanding of data architecture and databases. Working knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of web analytics. Understanding and application of SEO and SEM.
• Knowledge of current trends in web development and cross-browser/mobile compatibility issues and workarounds.
• Ability to create project documentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects and multi-task and process information expeditiously.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risks, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings.
• Comprehensive knowledge and skills across digital, and ability to apply leading-edge industry trends to improve marketing automation, tracking and attribution.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply good judgment, strong work ethic, and integrity on the job.

Experience:

• 10+ years software and web project management experience required.
• 10+ years’ experience in successfully leading projects from initiation to completion, on-time, and on-budget.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology - preferred)
