We specialize in wholesaling real estate in Michigan and are currently looking for a Disposition Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying cash buyers and assigning property contracts. A deep understanding of the real estate market is essential for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Build a list of cash buyers.
• Conduct cold calling.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Oversee deals until the sale is closed.
• Qualify buyers.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates responsibility and a serious approach.
• Honesty and openness.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships.
• No special knowledge required (learning on the job).

Working conditions:

• Remote work.
• Part-time position (1-4 hours per day).
• Income potential from $1,000 per deal; no salary cap.
