Dogital QA Lead - REMOTE

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like Selenium, Cypress, and other automation frameworks.
Continuously improve and optimize automation frameworks and testing processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in automation testing and share knowledge within the team.
Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in automation testing, with expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Python, JavaScript, SQL and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Very good knowledge and hands on skills in writing automated test cases for Functional, REST-API and Performance testing.
Experience in the banking, investment, stocks and finance sectors will be a plus.
Solid knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, HTML, JavaScript, or similar.
Excellent skills on SQL and Databases
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience in using CI/CD pipeline for creating Test Environment and running headless tests.
Experience in working with Azure DevOps a major plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
