Job Description

The EHS specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations, supporting in implementing best practices and fostering a culture of safety within our organization in a compassionate way while operating with the highest degree of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Manage incident reporting and provide insight to trends across all of our sites

Complete all required OSHA reports and work closely with the Workers Compensation team as incidents are reported

Identify continuous safety improvements opportunities to improve overall Health and Safety performance across all the site

Support with managing health and safety programs

Support with ergonomic programs
