Email Marketing Specialist

We are in search of a strong writer with a deep understanding of digital media to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist at Smart ERC/Pinnacle Minds, you will curate and create various email-based marketing campaigns to contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design: Create the overall layout and design elements of our marketing efforts in order to create engaging and visually interesting email content.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and creative messaging, templates and campaigns that aligns with our business goals and strengthens our brand identity to potential clients
• Campaigns: Create captivating email content that engages subscribers, nurtures leads, and supports our email marketing efforts. Craft compelling subject lines, body text, and calls-to-action to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. A/B test email content to optimize performance.
• Engagement: Monitor and respond to client feedback and engagement, while enhancing marketing strategies to increase response rates
• Analytics: Utilize data to make marketing decisions on editing content, scheduling strategies and keyword optimization for increased conversion rates.
• Automation: Build and implement, email workflows using marketing automation tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build, schedule, deploy and optimize email performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of proven experience in email marketing content creation or in a similar role.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Proficiency in content relationship management systems (e.g., HubSpot)
• Proficiency in marketing automation and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
