Email Marketing Specialist

LTA is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and executing multi-funnel email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end campaign production (Emails, Texts, etc.) including audience segmentation and creation, promotional planning, creative scoping, campaign execution, performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Audience segmentation using 1st and 3rd party user data
• Full-Funnel email marketing plan creation and execution
• Creative and Promotional planning for email campaigns
• Measurement and analysis using email platforms, google analytics, etc.
• A/B testing of promotions and creative assets

Qualifications required for this role include but are not limited to:

• 5+ years of experience in a robust email marketing role for large-scale eCommerce businesses
• 5+ years of experience using Mautic, Mailchimp, or other email marketing automation platforms

This position is entirely remote, but the applicant must be available to meet in-person occasionally in the Greater Austin area and work during Central Standard hours. Remote employees are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CST Mon-Fri via text, cell phone calls, office chat, and virtual meetings.
