The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for managers, staff members, customers, and other outside partners, as well as control the flow of information in a timely and precise manner and manage a complicated calendar. Executive Administrative Assistant Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $24/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates located in the USA, in PST or MT time zones)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment
Executive Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a complex calendar, including collaboration with internal and external teams to schedule meetings, attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment with the teams’ priorities and commitments.
- Procure hardware/equipment, software, office supplies, and reference materials for team members and new hires.
- Responsible for team security group and distribution list ownership and maintenance.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for team meetings, morale events, and office moves.
- Manage team headcount: process new requisitions in the tools including partnering with the hiring managers and recruiting team.
- Manage the backfill process for the organization and coordinate onboarding.
- Partner with the business manager to manage processes.
- Manage email communications for the Intern program.
Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
- 5+ years experience as a Senior Business Administrator or Executive Assistant preferred.
- BS/BA degree preferred, but not required.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Knowledge of corporate organization and ability to navigate it and knowledge of departmental business practices and tools.
- Experience managing administrative professionals, contractors, and vendors.
- Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside of a group with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate the working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
- Eager and able to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations, as well as the ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations.
- Must be assertive and have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
- Must be a solid user of Microsoft 365 suite and a strong user of Microsoft Teams.
