Experienced Lead Qualifier & Generator (Sales Support)

Lead Qualification Specialist:

You will be the first person one of our clients to speak to after they have made a sales enquiry with us. You will determine exactly what it is they are looking for, assess the quality of every lead and highlight the next steps to the client, before passing the genuine leads to your assigned Manager to quote. You're expected to respond instantly and professionally to every client and add all qualified genuine leads to the company CRM system which you will maintain.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manage all inbound enquiries, from websites, social media, blogs etc
• Respond immediately to all leads, chase down everyone, by telephone, Whatsapp or lastly by email, until a positive or negative conclusion is established.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company.
• Be a mentally strong, professional and polite communicator when using the telephone.
• Build a long-term and trusted relationship with the sales team and clients.
• Maintain a positive attitude that inspires teamwork and helps grow the business.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and maximise sales opportunities.
• Develop new relationships within new segments to open doors for future sales.
• Presenting findings to the sales team and Management on a weekly basis.

Experience Required:

• Sales or customer service with direct experience of high volume call activity - approx. 100 call attempts per day
• Experience in hitting call targets
• Excellent communication skills, spoken and written
• Attention to detail
• A very quick learner and adapts fast
• Experience in lead qualification role
• Experience working with CRM systems
• A keen eye for opportunities to streamline your own workflow and help more customers in less time
• Keen interest or knowledge in private jet travel
• Knowledge of the travel or the private jet market

Salary plus Commission:

• £60K plus pa OTE
