Position:

We are currently seeking a Trader to join our Investment Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and analytical skills and at least 2 years of industry experience. We are looking for an individual with a passion for trading and a desire to develop skills and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibility for the trading functions within the firm, including trading mutual funds, equities, ETF’s and treasury bills in client accounts to ensure adherence with our recommended model portfolios.
• Audit client transactions, fees, cash balances, and securities to ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Continually assess current procedures and programs for continuous improvement.
• Proactively assess clients’ portfolio allocation to determine if they are within tolerance bands.
• Running weekly report for advisors, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Familiarity with Orion Eclipse and Schwab trading platform.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, preferred.
• Experience with portfolio rebalancing and tax loss harvesting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth company.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• A genuine desire to serve with excellence.

Salary + Benefits:

• $70,000 - $80,000 BOE plus performance bonus

• Remote work option but needs to be available during the trading hours of 6:30am-1:00pm PST
