Responsibilities

• Qualifying leads and contact details through cold calling.
• Building awareness on special events, webinars, marketing Adapt’s products, etc to potential customers via phone call.
• Scheduling initial prospecting/intro meetings for Sales team.
• Logging qualification results in Company’s systems.
• Meet or exceed assigned quotas.

Required skills and qualifications

• Finnish & English at a bilingual level - must.
• 1+ year of successful B2B cold calling experience - in Finnish.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence.
• Must be self-motivated, persistent and able to work independently.
• Must be capable of translating company messaging as needed from English to Finnish, as well as writing emails,
• Linkedins and business social media in Finnish & Finland.
• Experience in selling to medium to large retailers or brands - strong benefit.
• Flexible hours within 9am to 5pm EET window. No Weekends.
• Flexible hours per week - Part time to full time positions available (60% to 100%).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
