Game Tester (Work from Home)

As a Game Tester at JobEntry, you will play an essential role in ensuring the quality and functionality of the games we work with. You will work closely with game developers and quality assurance teams to identify issues, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gameplay Testing: Play and test video games across various platforms, including PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
• Bug Identification: Identify and report bugs, glitches, and gameplay issues accurately and comprehensively using designated bug-tracking tools.
• Functionality Assessment: Evaluate game features, mechanics, and user interfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and deliver a seamless gaming experience.
• Compatibility Testing: Verify game compatibility on different devices, operating systems, and hardware configurations.
• Multiplayer Testing: Test multiplayer and online functionalities to ensure smooth gameplay and connectivity.
• Adherence to Testing Protocols: Follow established testing procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency in the testing process.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test cases, findings, and test reports.
• Feedback Collaboration: Collaborate with game developers and QA teams to provide constructive feedback and contribute to the resolution of issues.
• Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure that reported issues have been resolved.

Qualifications:

• Passion for video games and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
