Job Description:

The Order & Invoice Manager enables proper flow of our Digital Services orders and revenue by ensuring lines are accurately entered, invoicing and revenue recognition requirements are met, and costs are properly allocated to each job. This problem solver is proactively mitigating potential issues and ensuring financial integrity.
Order & Invoice Manager Responsibilities:
- Assists with all administration processes for Digital Services; promoting teamwork, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates service contract activation process by invoicing orders & setting up contracts in SAP, then notifying contract managers using Bridge Front Office.
- Researches status of customer orders and invoices, resolving any issues and providing information to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively analyzes and adjusts customer orders per business requirements and communicates change information to the appropriate parties.
- Provides guidance for order entry on moderately complex orders
- Acts as a liaison between the Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, Project Managers, and the Digital Services teams.
- Proactively investigates scheduling and/or invoicing requirements to identify & resolve problems of moderate complexity.
- Coordinates new processes and manages challenges
- Manages and ensure cleanliness of backlog
- Manages revenue recognition
- Submit credit requests
- Load costs on jobs
- Process credit card transactions
- Work with multiple teams and businesses to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition
- Run reports to reconcile financials
- Revenue forecasting
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Order & Invoice Manager Requirements:
- Passion for problem solving
- Strong attention to detail and good record keeping
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence and skillful at negotiation.
- Strong organizational
- Adept decision-making skills
- Experience in customer service
