What you’ll be doing:
- Utilize performance data and key industry trends to set the creative strategy, activate across a single or integrated channels, and report on results for future creative iterations
- Consistently communicate with clients to determine creative needs based on overall business objectives
- Produce key strategy deliverables such as creative testing plans and asset recommendations
- Be an extension of the client’s marketing team by building a trusting relationships with client day-to-day POCs as well as key decision-makers, and seek to build personal rapport to increase relationship stickiness
- Lead day to day correspondence with client for all things related to creative initiatives
- Serve as strategic partner for client and internal teams to ensure overall account strategy and creative strategy align
- Provide core organizational and project management services on all creative projects; collaborating with client, designers and channel specialists to hit project deadlines
- Draft creative briefs to effectively translate the overall strategy and vision of the creative to our design team
- Manage designs and copy to ensure clients’ brand guidelines / voice and tone are being upheld and elevated
- Write ad copy and proofread/QA mock-ups to ensure flawless final delivery
- Present concepts to client with data-driven rationale for creative decisions and ability to push back on client when needed
- Respond with corrective action plans to internal and client feedback, and collaborate with specialists and designers to adjust accordingly
- Thoroughly cross-check all outgoing assets to ensure briefs are executed correctly and feedback is upheld
- Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly creative reporting and insights in conjunction with the account teams to assist in guiding POC’s and teams in strategy moving forward
- Proactively assist larger teams to provide creative POV to clients on industry trends
- Prioritize and execute on competing tasks via our project management platform to deliver results across multiple accounts
- Scope management to ensure the client is being flagged of overages or rush fees .

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing & creative experience (agency experience a plus!)
- Understanding of ad formats across digital channels Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn. Media buying experience is a plus.
- Strong business acumen in written and oral communications, with strong presentation skills communicating to different levels of stakeholders, include C-suite personnel.
- The ability to research, find and deliver concrete creative insights
- Experience writing creative briefs and managing the creative process with design teams
- Ability to quickly learn and understand brand guidelines
- Experience delegating creative briefing process with graphic designers, including QA/feedback to final delivery to ensure brand guidelines are met
- Graphic design experience is a plus.
- Experience working via project management platforms like Wrike,Monday.com, Trello, Asana, etc.
- Experience with reporting interfaces like Supermetrics, Motion App, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently ($55,000 - $60,000). We also offer an incentive pay based on revenue managed (no cap) Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
