Responsibilities:

Peraton is seeking a HelpDesk Support Representative to join our growing team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for technical software, hardware and basic network problem resolution for role holders within USAccess User Community.

What you’ll do:

• Provide support for technical software, hardware and basic network problem resolution for role holders within USAccess User Community.
• Triage and diagnosis of approximately 170 issue types and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
• Provide expertise to solve issues at first point of contact.
• Uses automated information systems, knowledge base, and CRM system to analyze situations.
• Reviews incoming requests via phone, email and all other channels to, sort, code and prioritize for proper action.
• Resolves problems or contacts more senior technical support as necessary.
• Supports users by fulfilling individual requests for information and/or training in the utilization of the HSPD-12 platform.
• Conducts technical research for source of information required in support of request for information related to ongoing issues.
• Interacts with other team members, such as network services, T2 and T3 Support, and/or applications development to assist team and help restore services and/or identify and correct the core problem.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• High School diploma/equivalent with minimum 2-4 years experience.
• 2+ years of help desk/service desk experience.
