Description

Responsibilities:
- Support the client in a POS replacement project
- Remotely guide the onsite tech on how to physically setup the new point of sale systems (what to plug where, etc.)
- Will need to do some system configurations to ensure all applications are setup and logged into
- Remotely setup printers, pinpads, registers, etc.
- Will follow guide book with all steps that are required (provided by client)
- Will receive hands-on training from client
- Retail Tech / POS Apps teams will be escalation path
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with hardware setup
- Experience with printers
- Microsoft Office / O365
- Requires excellent customer service skills
- Solid foundation of Personal Computer experience
- Troubleshooting capability
- Overall knowledge of desktop productivity products
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
- Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position
- May require additional project-specific training. Provide necessary support as part of client"s contract and purchase order renewal function
- Applies job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity.
- Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action
- Attendance / timeliness is crucial
