HR Shared Services Representative

ABS Kids has an exciting remote opportunity for an HR Shared Services Representative to join our team.

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Every team member at ABS Kids is passionate about providing best in class support to our direct care providers, who in turn deliver the highest quality ABA therapy to our patients.

What will you do?

• Keep track of employees information and documentation
• Assist with recruiting, hiring and training new employees
• Gather information and documentation for new hires
• Answer general questions regarding the company
• Perform clerical duties
• Conduct exit interviews and surveys
• Work with credentialing to ensure that all necessary documentation is received
• Help new employees during orientation with new hire paperwork

What do we offer?

• $20.00 - $22.00 / hour, based on job relevant experience
• Full benefit package
• Training on all systems used by our People Operations team
• Frequent feedback/ training

Who are we looking for?

• Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
• Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to think proactively and prioritize work
