Job Description:

We are looking for US based Human Resource (HR)Practitioners to help us us build content. The subject is Conversations About Compensations.

This will be a short-term engagement/Contract Opportunity of approximately 40 hours scattered over 2-3 weeks.

Project Start Date - 24th August 2023 (Tentative)

Qualification:

Master of Business Administration (M.B.A. degree) with Human Resource Specialization -(Must Have)

Roles and Responsibilities of the SME:

- Supply content including scenarios, questions stemming from these scenarios along with options and feedback for Conversations Around Compensation.

- Examine the Content Outline and Storyboard.

- Assist the ID team in addressing client feedback.

- Engage in client meetings.

- Evaluate the preliminary alpha version.
