Immediate Openings for Injury Intake Specialists

We are looking to fill open full-time positions for all shifts; early mornings, day, evenings, nights, and weekends. MUST reside in the DFW area for onsite training & meetings!

Please reply with your resume to schedule an interview ASAP! This position will be fully remote, work from home and requires an atmosphere suitable for taking calls from home. All training will be in person in for 3-5 days.Training location to be determined depending on candidates.

Job Description:

• Receive inbound calls from callers who have been injured either in a motor vehicle accident, workplace injury, commercial property accident, or pharmaceutical drug or device injury.
• Gathering of information from the potential client regarding Injuries, Dates, Locations, At Fault, Police Report, Medical
• Treatment, People involved, At Fault Information (contact info, policy info), Insurance information, and other details depending on the type of call.
• Qualifying potential clients based on region and local requirements that are predetermined.
• Use of sales and customer service skills to convert the call into a client.
• Transfer clients as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls in a timely manner
• Outbound calls
• Heavy data entry
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior Call Center, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high inbound calls, and at times stressful environment
• Ability to work Phones, CRM Software, and other programs simultaneously
• Near perfect punctuality and attendance required
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Pass Drug Test and Background Check

Education:

• High School Diploma
