Injection Molding Supervisor

• Operation of Moulding Injection Machineries.
• Visual inspection of produced components for quality control and to identify any issues.
• Tool changes.
• Carry out routine maintenance on injection machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Production.
• Monitoring the machines to insure continual, efficient production during automatic and semi-automatic mode of operations. Waste of production items must be minimized.
• Loading and removal of inserts from molded parts and molds.
• Inspecting, degating, grinding runners, removal of flash, cleaning, and the performing of finishing procedures.
