Paragon Asset Recovery Services is seeking an Insurance Claims Analyst as we continue to grow our team! This position electronically reviews insurance policies and claims to identify balances due from policyholders. Insurance Claims Analysts also perform daily problem solving on previously billed invoices and supports the internal recovery department.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of commercial liability insurance policies and claims
Master the ability to navigate through Paragon’s and our client’s systems to perform research
Analyze complex situations and determine if an invoice needs to be generated
Support Paragon’s recovery team when insureds have technical questions related to the invoice

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve complex situations
• Leveraging the training provided, make decisions which lead to sending accurate invoices
• Ability to work independently for extended periods while performing research
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience desired
• Prior experience with an insurance or medical coding company helpful but not required
• Interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)

Compensation and Benefits:

• $38,000 - $40,000 per year plus bonus
