Cornerstone Life is looking for an experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. Our agents are responsible for developing new business and insuring the company's current client base. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is looking to grow their career in the insurance industry. Immediate full-time/Part Time openings are available for self-motivated Sales Reps.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Active Life Insurance License
• Must have STRONG sales skills / sales experience!
• Ability to pass background check.
• Self-Motivated.
• Maintain strong schedule adherence.
• Display strong work ethic and integrity.
• Possess solid Computer/Software Skills.
• Ability to perform in a high paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Must have strong sales skills!
• Communicate effectively at all times with customers and team members.
• Effectively and professionally answer inbound calls.
• Support company growth and project completion.
• Effectively overcome objectives to close sales.
• Diligently work with Leads to ensure all needs are met and all eligible products are discussed and offered.
• Ensure data is accurate and entered quickly as needed during calls.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $27.10 per hour
