Description
Acara Solutions client in the Cancer Research field is looking for an IT Project Manager to help out on a ServiceNow project to join their team!
Location: 100% Remote
Pay: $70 an hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 6-9 months (opportunity to go direct)
The Project Manager is a leadership position providing oversight of the project portfolio and providing contributions to process improvement to ensure successful project delivery. The role is responsible for managing large, complex projects as well as leading and guiding assigned teams, managing resources, supporting continuous delivery, conducting peer reviews and working with other cross functional teams.
The Project Manager is to support as pillar/department projects through utilization of project management fundamentals ensuring business goals are achieved and projects are executed on time and within budget. The role is responsible for generating overall reporting, analyzing project reports to identify issues and recommending solutions, training and mentoring Business Analysts, Solution Designers (System Administrators), and junior /project managers on project management fundamentals.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
- A minimum of 3years experience in technology and 5 years' experience in project management.
- Proficient in project management, data analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiar with IT service management tools.
- Worked on a ServiceNow project.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing, Salesforce and data analytics projects a plus.
- Experience in finance and human resources software and tools is a plus
- Experience in Patient support, hoteling and transportation software and tools is a plus
