Description
The IT Support Analyst position is responsible for providing the organization with high-quality support and ticket queue management. This role will help improve IT support and stability across Illinois Bone & Joint Institute and with our patients.
Details
- Hours: Full-time. The schedule will include Saturday and Sunday support coverage.
- Location: Fully remote. If office space is desired, that can be accommodated.
- Supervisor: IT Support Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support in a call center environment
- Resolve first-level issues at the time of initial customer contact
- Respond to support requests from IBJI patients and IBJI staff
- Notify and escalate issues to appropriate team members in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the internal support team during regularly scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare discipline or information systems discipline is recommended.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of
- people and be professional when communicating both inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure and on concurrent, multidisciplinary tasks.
- Experienced in a variety of technical areas. A special focus on Epic and other healthcare-focused applications is a plus.
