IT Support Analyst

The IT Support Analyst position is responsible for providing the organization with high-quality support and ticket queue management. This role will help improve IT support and stability across Illinois Bone & Joint Institute and with our patients.

Details

• Hours: Full-time. The schedule will include Saturday and Sunday support coverage.
• Location: Fully remote. If office space is desired, that can be accommodated.
• Supervisor: IT Support Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in a call center environment
• Resolve first-level issues at the time of initial customer contact
• Respond to support requests from IBJI patients and IBJI staff
• Notify and escalate issues to appropriate team members in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the internal support team during regularly scheduled meetings

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related healthcare discipline or information systems discipline is recommended.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of
• people and be professional when communicating both inside and outside the organization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and on concurrent, multidisciplinary tasks.
• Experienced in a variety of technical areas. A special focus on Epic and other healthcare-focused applications is a plus.

• 8 hour shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
