IT Support Engineer I
Job Description:
Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a self-motivated and skilled IT Support Engineer. Blizzard Desktop specialists are the first line of support for all IT-related issues. Job duties would include building, configuring, deploying, monitoring, modifying, and repairing local and remote computers. An ideal candidate would have expertise in PC and Apple hardware and would also possess a high level of experience in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems, networking issues, and have exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Provide support to end users on a variety of IT related issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Manage support through ticketing, email, and other types of requests for technical support. Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution. Manage ticket request and follow-up with users. Install and maintain Windows and Mac operating systems (OS). Troubleshoot PC hardware and software.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $18.69 - $34.62 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.

Early Careers
Activision Blizzard is committed to growing the next generation of industry leaders. Our Early Careers programs offer incredible student opportunities across the organization. Blizztern
Blizzard's Summer Blizztern Program gives students the opportunity to work directly with development teams and business operations departments to gain hands-on experience. For 12 paid weeks every summer, interns embed themselves with our teams to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the intensity and fun of creating epic entertainment. Our US internship application season runs from September to December every year. Due to the high volume, we only accept applications during this open submission period.
