Junior Associate Consultant Job Description
LOCATION: Remote (Contract to Hire)

About the role:
The Junior Associate Consultant will be an integral part of the HR&Co. team contributing creative ideas and skills to drive business results to strengthen client relationships. You will work closely with HR&Co.’s clients and our team. You will be responsible for working on various projects, building, project management, managing client communication, and designing concepts, content and collateral creation,
All key deliverables are expected to be completed on a project timeline in an efficient manner. Your role will emphasize and require creativity, agility, independent decision thinking/making, direct communication, and teamwork to provide the best service to our clients.
What you will do:

- Is eager to learn, deliver, and execute.
- Has previous business experience with a large emphasis on customer relations and communications.
- Familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, and other innovative platforms.
- Able to take direction, work quickly, effectively, and independently within a time frame, and with an emphasis on creative solutions.
- Works well independently and in team settings.
- Is confident, ready, and willing to share their creative solutions with the team. Due to our virtual environment, you must have access to a computer and the internet.
- Assists principal/senior consultants with market insights and other data to prepare to consult proposals.
- Identifies and collects data on clients’ business environment and marketplace.
- Creates long- and short-term plans, including targets for milestones and deadlines.
- Delegates tasks on the project to best position deliverables for completion.
- Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options on progress with projects.
- Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure the synergy of the team.
- Communicates with executives or client project teams to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Performs quality control on projects throughout development to maintain standards.
- Adjusts schedules and targets on the project as needs or finances for project change.
- Processes data, conduct analysis and prepares reports of findings.
- Leverages problem-solving skills and framework to develop solutions.
- Documents developed solutions and prepared presentations.
- Coordinates with the client and senior consultant to implement recommended solutions.
- Serves client for their requirements of reports, solutions, and any other services within the decided project scope.
- Supports clients in implementing recommended solutions.

Who we are looking for:
A recent college graduate, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, is required.
