We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Process Engineer to join our team for Operational Technology (OT) in manufacturing. In this hybrid position, you will work with our local and international team to deliver top-quality projects to our customers in the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment. As a fast learner, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical IT/OT engineering.

What are your responsibilities

• You will work on the implementation of contemporary technologies for digitalization and IT/OT and will be jointly responsible for compliance with quality standards
• Conduct system testing and debugging activities to ensure the successful implementation and qualification of IT/OT systems
• Work closely with our international team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Together with experienced colleagues, you will conduct workshops/training sessions and be responsible for system documentation

What we appreciate about you

• You have an engineering degree in chemical, process, pharmaceutical or in computer sciences. We may also consider other areas of engineering
• You are a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic project environment to ensure successful delivery of customers project needs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with an international team
• Willing to travel both national and international to support customers
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical environment
• Career changers with transferable skills are welcome to apply
• Experience in IT (Infrastructure, programming language, databases) or Control Systems is a plus
