Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the target market
- Identify and qualify leads for business development opportunities
- Use warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build relationships
- Gather and document relevant information from each call for further follow-up
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

* Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including emails, social media, HR managers or businesses and networking events

* Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, Zoom, WhatsApp and other communication methods

* Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference

* Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
* Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
* Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
* newsletters/ special offers to clients and prospects.
* Miscellaneous jobs like Media kit updates.
* Adaptable to changing business needs and environment.
* Assigned tasks to be completed in the time dedicated to that job.
* Experience in lead generation and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
* Education in marketing, business administration or a related field
* Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
* Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
* Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
* Should be available to schedule time as per US clients.

Qualifications:
