Description
Highly successful and innovative boutique Plaintiffs’ law firm located near LAX has an immediate opening for a Legal Marketing Specialist with the capability to drive awareness and demand for the Law firm’s brand through all marketing channels. Partial or fully remote work is possible. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both the creative and analytical side of traditional marketing channels (print, digital, billboard), including but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, social & influencer marketing strategy and overall growth marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and client retention. Responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, attending seminars and networking events (travel in the southwest, mainly throughout California), interacting with potential clients and creating marketing campaigns, among other typical office duties. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, creative, energetic and have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping to build a more formidable law practice. They will also be able to work with little supervision, be detail-oriented and meaningfully contribute to a dynamic legal team. Experience in the construction defect, community association industry, or prior legal experience is strongly preferred, but not required. Our new team member will also undertake general office duties and be involved with a variety of client services, including client communication, correspondence, scheduling appointments, office clerical work, and database and file management. The primary goals of the position are to increase the visibility and reputation of the firm, attract new clients, retain existing clients and take our firm to the next level of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee continued development and growth of overall branding and marketing strategy
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
- Tracking and reporting on online marketing activities
- Identifying, researching, and reporting on competitors and industry trends, including developing market and legal trends
- Creating and managing the firm's marketing budget, including tracking expenses and measuring return on investment.
- Managing all creation and budgeting processes for all external marketing communications including, but not limited to, print, outdoor billboard, social media promotion, digital advertising (PPC/SEO), and e-mail activities and campaigns
- Overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, print ads and website content.
- Monitoring key performance metrics and making real-time decisions based on findings with a focus on maximizing lead generation
- Developing & optimizing all customer life-cycle communications
- Developing social media strategies and managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to increase followers, engagement and new clients
- Supervising the continued development of a growing in-house marketing team
- Monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Overseeing and evaluating market research/new industry opportunities and adjusting marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Adapting and responding to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
- Coordinating events and sponsorships to build relationships with clients, industry stakeholders and prospects.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry associations, trade groups, and media outlets.
- Creating website, digital and social media content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
- 5-10 years of experience, background in media planning and buying a plus
- Experience in website creation and maintenance
- Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, web analytics and other tool
- Familiarity with Content Management Software
- A highly motivated and collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Candidate will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, collegiality, and a commitment to excellence
- Prior construction, construction defect, real estate and/or litigation experience highly preferred
- Prior experience with homeowner’s associations, real estate development or construction a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
