Life Insurance Sales Specialist - Working in Public School System

Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Utilize our extensive network and relationships with public schools to connect with school faculty and parents.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific financial goals and insurance needs of each client.
• Tailored Solutions: Recommend and explain life insurance options that meet the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to educate clients about the benefits of life insurance.
• Policy Enrollment: Assist clients in completing the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted accurately.

Qualifications:

• Proven Success: A successful track record in insurance sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Insurance Licensing: Must possess appropriate insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them.
• Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Education Background: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
