We have forged strong relationships with public schools across the United States, and we're looking for a dedicated Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a proven track record in insurance sales and the ability to close deals once we connect you with schools, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach: Utilize our extensive network and relationships with public schools to connect with school faculty and parents.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand the specific financial goals and insurance needs of each client.
- Tailored Solutions: Recommend and explain life insurance options that meet the unique needs and circumstances of clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations to educate clients about the benefits of life insurance.
- Policy Enrollment: Assist clients in completing the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is submitted accurately.
Qualifications:
- Proven Success: A successful track record in insurance sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Insurance Licensing: Must possess appropriate insurance licenses or be willing to obtain them.
- Client Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Education Background: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.

- Commission-Only: This position is commission-only, but for the right candidate, it should be highly lucrative, and can be scaled up over time.
