Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a calm and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate and complete information to customers regarding our products and services
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
- Keeping up-to-date with our products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in typing
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
