GP Strategies Corporation is seeking an LMS Learning Advocate. For this role, you can work remotely.
Job Summary:
SUMMARY: The LMS Learning Advocate should have in depth knowledge of the LMS and will serve as an escalation point for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include basic troubleshooting and fixing user issues through answering questions and troubleshooting problems for end users by email, MS Teams or live screen share.
- Creates, revises, and modifies learning activities in the LMS including item, scheduled offerings, assignment profiles, attendance status, curriculum management, exam creation, standard reporting, assign training
- Upload online content
- Create Level 1, 2 and 3 Evaluations
- Respond to all client queries via email in a timely manner and follow up with appropriate colleagues and peers as necessary to resolve any issues
- Ensure all Content and Learner transactions are processed in accordance with the Client or GP Strategies policies and procedures
- Achieves established service level agreement (SLA) metrics
- Achieves established 99.9% accuracy rate for all administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an LMS Administrator or equivalent role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical processes and apply them quickly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.

- Aptitude to learn software, operating systems and applications
- Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability
- Helpdesk, administration and/or customer service type background
- Ability to work independently and in a global team setting, while managing competing priorities.
