Loan Processor

Note: This position will be working remotely for the forek equipment will be provided.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Provide loan processing support to loan officer and customer.
• Maintain regular communication with customer and loan officer
• Review appropriate credit documentation per corporate loan policy and update loan origination system
• Order tax transcripts and condo questionnaires as applicable
• Monitor progress of requested information to ensure loans are decisioned in a timely manner
• Review all critical documents for consistency and to ensure data integrity

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in mortgage banking preferred
• Knowledge of residential loan documents a plus
