Job Purpose: The Manager of Sales & Service will execute the growth strategy for New Directions Assessments. He/she will be the primary leader of the ND business and organization through strong leadership, superior analysis and strategic planning, and development of team members to ensure the organization meets or exceeds performance objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execute the strategy for the New Directions Sales & Service team.
- Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Sales targets, that are primarily attributed to assessments sold, conversion rate, cross-referral rates, product upsells and employee retention. Develop & execute plans for improvement in the event that targets are in jeopardy.
- Hire, develop, lead, coach, and perform corrective action for a team of Sales & Customer Service representatives, ensuring consistent improvement in performance and maximization of individual potential.
- Partner with other CST Sales leaders, Marketing team, DUI Journey partners and IT team to implement and execute new lead generation ideas and conversion tactics.
- Implement and execute positive change through data gathering, data analysis, and improvement plan construction and execution. Communicate results of analysis, impact, and improvement plans to EVP, Inside Sales and other key Sales and Company leaders.
- Partner with Intoxalock & Breathe Easy Sales/Service leaders and other Sales employees to optimize company-wide Sales performance by way of cross-referrals, resolve issues, and drive exceptional culture consistent with CST’s mission and values.
- Lead the coaching and behavioral processes necessary to exceed targets and deliver superior experiences for customers, service centers, and internal partners, ensuring all business drivers are aligned with company expectations for growth and profitability.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or other related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years management experience working in a fast paced call center environment
- 5+ years’ experience leading a Sales team, preferably phone sales
- Strong PC knowledge including MS Office, Outlook, Genesys, and CRM systems
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees, including C-level management
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually. Bonus eligible.
