Job Description
DUTIES:
Design, implement, and execute audience strategy for digital marketing initiatives that generate revenue, complement efforts of the selling organization, and expand the reach and impact of integrated marketing campaigns.
Work with Marketing and Product Management teams to gather business requirements, and translate business needs into targeted audiences for email and website campaigns, including targeted, nurture and trigger programs, and display advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
Segment and leverage the marketing database using advanced data analytics for campaign targeting.
Advise Strategic Marketing on new technologies for new customer acquisition and audience development strategies.
Coordinate with web teams to ensure analytical tracking and performance. Participate in user forums, conferences, and other events to stay current on best practices and new product offerings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, or related field of study plus 3 years of audience development, or related digital marketing experience, or any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience. Employer will also accept a Master’s in Business Analytics, Business, or related field of study plus 1 years of audience development, or related digital marketing experience, or any occupation in which the required experience can be obtained, or related experience.
Must have experience or knowledge of:
- Eloqua;
- IBM Unica;
- Adobe Audience Manager;
- Adobe Analytics;
- Adobe Target;
- Demandbase;
- Tableau;
- Power BI;
- SQL;
- R;
- SPSS;
- Salesforce or similar CRM.
Travel: Telecommuting Employee: Reports to company headquarters in Waltham, MA. Can work remotely or telecommute.
