What you'll do
The Industry Social Media team oversees successful day-to-day organic social media execution for the Industry Marketing & Solution area.
You work with local and global social stakeholders to foster excellence in content planning, production and liaising with channel owners for content publication.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborates with key stakeholders across functional teams, including (1) content providers (2) executives (3) regional teams to understand industry & sustainability objectives and determine tactics & platforms best suited to bringing content, campaigns, and events to life.
- Liaises with the social media solution leads to align relevant content to solution or SAP brand channel content strategies
- Guides the agency to create, curate, schedule, and monitor social content that complements social strategy according to best practices.
- Runs an editorial calendar for all Industry content
- Executes the Industry & Sustainability social media plan on SAP’s channels and through network advocacy.
- Supports the solution leads to create an entertaining, educational, and safe space for our audiences to keep coming back to, building community by promoting two-way conversation
- Reports on and optimizes Social Media performance, using listening and analytics tools
- Work closely together with the other Social Media Leads and Global experts to share cross-regional best practices and work together towards a more standardized model to execute social media in the most effective and efficient way across SAP.
What you'll bring

- Comfortable to work remotely with many global, cross-regional and functional stakeholders from different cultural and
- language backgrounds
- Experience working in solution, functional or regional marketing teams is a plus
- Social media or digital marketing experience at a large company is a plus
- Experience using Sprinklr is a plus
- Graphic design skills are a plus

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 44,000 - 93,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
