Summary:
The Channel Marketing team is focused on the strategy, planning, and execution for our multiple ADT business lines including Residential, Custom Home, Business, Multifamily, Dealer, and more.
We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing digital and print platforms, as well as our new Metaverse environment. The primary focus of this role is to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels, create strong vendor partnerships, and ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for both print and digital inventory management and developing plans from analytics and reporting to optimize asset effectiveness, cost savings and quality for Marketing/Sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the marketing activities for both digital and print platforms (i.e., Digital Vendors DAM/Metaverse Manager, Print Vendors, etc.) and strategic thinking to incorporate business objectives into the fully executed plan/deliverables.
- Manage print inventory and nurture vendor relationships to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of marketing materials. The inventory for all channels will exceed +1K individual items (SKU’s).
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles that include partnering with cross-functional business partners (Product Marketing, Sales, Legal, Sourcing, etc.) ensuring seamless integration with marketing efforts and timely execution.
- Maintain day-to-day operations related to performance reports on platforms, creating digital product SKUs, content testing, and supporting our internal stakeholders.
- Generate post-event/campaign reports leveraging Salesforce dashboards and Metaverse platforms to track data and create presentation decks for analysis and insights.
- Develop request for proposal (RFP) and scope of work (SOW) for new marketing vendors and execute transition plans for existing vendors, incorporating key stakeholder feedback on process, communication, and output.
- Conduct surveys involving both sales team members and customers to collect valuable insights for actionable marketing plans.
- Partner with the Channel Marketing leadership team to develop and execute key initiatives for various business lines.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at a fast pace.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Management of online websites (catalogs) of over +1K items.
- Familiarity of Marketing lead tracking/management tools/processes.
- Strong vendor relationship management.
- Positive team player eager to collaborate with others for top-quality results.
Performance Metrics:
Critical Success Factors include but are not limited to:
- Reducing print footprint – conversion of printed assets to digital.
- Reduce unnecessary items from both print and digital assets (identify customer journey and total number of ADT print/digital touchpoints for optimization).
- Surveying business partners with existing vendors to identify key metrics of optimal partnership.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The salary range for this role is $66,034 to $132, 068 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
