- Please note, this is a remote work opportunity, but preferred schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Specialist who will own the operational side of marketing campaigns from start to finish. This person will interface directly with the marketing team and build out campaigns in Marketo, Salesforce, on the web and in various other tools. They will own the success of their campaigns and work to improve them. They will collaborate with the content and web teams to help bring campaigns to life. Marketing will provide all content and material for them to execute the campaigns. They are part of the RevOps team and are a liaison to the marketing team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE?
- Salesforce Campaign Management
- Marketo Campaign Management
- Email Program Management
- Event Program Management
- Form Management
- Marketing Automation
- Data Management
- Data Flow Management
- Set up programs in Marketo
- Build out lead flow for campaigns in their channel
- Build cleaning campaigns for the database
- Interface with web team on joint projects
- Build efficiencies to improve campaign automation
WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE?
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred
- Autonomous, self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent communicator with outstanding time management and interpersonal skills (empathetic, team player, problem solver with excellent relationship building and sales skills)
- Ability to completely understand all of our products and articulate where and how they resonate in different industries and verticals
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot) and CRM tools (ideally SalesForce) is a plus
- Basic HTML/CSS Skills
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm in the Pacific or Mountain time zone

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire pay range for this role is between $61,200 and $76,500. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position up to mid-range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
