We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Device Reimbursement and Market Access Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Reimbursement and Market Access Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our medical devices achieve successful market access and reimbursement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reimbursement and market access strategies for medical devices.
• Analyze and interpret healthcare policies, regulations, and guidelines to assess potential impact on product reimbursement.
• Conduct market analysis and assessments to identify reimbursement trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of reimbursement dossiers and applications.
• Engage with payers, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to advocate for optimal reimbursement outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform product pricing strategies based on reimbursement landscape.
• Monitor and track changes in reimbursement policies and market access trends.
• Contribute to the development of value propositions and evidence generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device reimbursement and market access.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems, policies, and procedures.
• Experience in developing reimbursement strategies and submissions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
