About the role:
The Member Experience Event Specialist is responsible for planning and organizing events such as grand openings, anniversary celebrations, and wellness center onsite events. The Event Specialist contributes to the design and execution of member experience events that improve overall member experience and Premise Health's culture of service.
Reporting to the Director, Member Experience, this role is expected to plan, facilitate, and execute exceptional events as well as establish best practices for events while successfully partnering with Operations, Member Engagement, Marketing, Communications, Implementations, clients, external vendors, and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure success and alignment with goals and objectives for events. The Event Coordinator contributes to the design and execution of member experience events that improve overall member experience and Premise Health's culture of service.
Job Requirements:
- Implements an event strategy to achieve objectives.
- Prepares event timelines and status reports for scheduled events.
- Researches and recommends event venues, manages vendor proposals and prepares comparative information for event vendor selection.
- Develop event marketing strategies and communication plans to ensure positive results and ensure strategy is consistent.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts with event sites and outside vendors.
- Establishes relationships with vendors for event support services.
- Coordinates meeting logistics, including attendee registration, marketing, room set-ups, and technology.
- Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections.
- Works collaboratively and effectively with several internal and external partners including clients to align with broad organization and team objectives.
- Develop processes for repeatability and scalability of events.
- Review post event analysis, budget recaps, and feedback, and incorporate into future event plans.
- Coordinates orders for print materials, promotional products, gifts, and other event collateral.
- Partners with wellness center teams and other stakeholders to promote events.
- Communicates clearly with event stakeholders and participants.
- Travels to events as needed to assist with successful preparation and execution of events.
- Conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity.
- Creates best practice toolkit for wellness center events (meet your provider, health fair booth, lunchroom pop-up tables, etc.).
- Takes on special projects to accelerate improvement in member experience events, such as designing a standard template for wellness center anniversary celebrations.
- Helps establish a scalable member experience event program.
- Develops processes and tools as needed to standardize and implement event best practices to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Develops presentations for assigned events and initiatives.
- Updates member experience event tools, resources and training materials based on identified enhancements, revisions, and additions.
- May require other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (marketing, advertising, communications, etc.)
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination
Knowledge and Skills:

- Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines

Compensation is between $70,000 to $80,000 annually. Premise offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time team members including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, annual CEU/CME allowance, and Tuition Reimbursement. Benefits offered to part-time team members include 401K, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and annual CEU/CME allowance. PRN team members may also enroll in 401K.
