The Logistics Service & Support team is the centralized support team for all company operated and license locations that are need of support with any issue related to inventory, last mile delivery, and order management. As business complexity increases and the team grows, we’re looking for a leader that thrives in a complex environment and has a passion for leading teams.
The Mgr, Program Management will be responsible for leading the two teams that support Logistics Services & Support in cross-functional projects/programs and are responsible for training, implementation, and operational excellence. This role will ensure that Logistics Services team is represented in all cross-functional work and help guide the operational teams on prioritization and implementation.
As a Mgr, Program Management you will…
- Track and monitor all internal and cross-functional programs and projects that impact operations and require the subject matter expertise of the Logistics Services & Support team.
- Lead and support the development of a team of partners by creating a culture of accountability, transparency, and unlock barriers for the team to do their best.
- Develop processes and tools that curate updates for active programs and projects and forecast the demand on Logistics Services operational teams to assist in prioritization. Develop plans to implement and support any changes.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 5 yrs. experience in the retail landscape with emphasis on retail operations and inventory management.
- 3 yrs. experience with Supply Chain Operations be it directly or in a support function.
- 3 yrs. building and mentoring teams including PMs and Sr. PMs.
- 8 yrs. application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
- 8 yrs. managing complex large-scale business projects.
- 8 yrs. General business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
