Job Overview:
The executive recruiter will be required to advertise job postings, gather applications, and headhunt prospective employees. You should also issue job offers and oversee the orientation of newly-employed incumbents.To be successful as an executive recruiter, you should be able to streamline the recruiting process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames. An excellent executive recruiter will monitor all aspects of the organization's development to ensure that we have sufficient staff at all times.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration for our respective department
- Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for multiple roles and teams
- Develop recruitment processes & strategy and execute it using various systems.
- Arranging in-person, video, and onsite interviews and submitting feedback reports in the ATS system
- Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles
- Drafting job requisitions and posting it on various job portals through ATS system
- Initiating background checks and drug screens
- Creating, editing, and extending offer letters
- Ensure employee compliance for current and new on-boarding employees by having a record in the centralized repository.
- Ensuring the successful on-boarding of new hires.
- Scheduling orientation session and providing training to new employees.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and assignments as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters of Science required at a minimum in Human Resources, Organizational Studies, Business Administration, or similar
- At least a graduate or someone having relevant internship experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Must have exceptional communication skills to interact fluidly across all management stakeholder levels to continuously drive consistent and profitable business relations.
- Proficient in MS office and Google suite
