Nebraska Residents Only Remote Fiserv Customer Service Representative

What does a successful Fiserv Customer Service Representative do at Fiserv?
A Fiserv CSR serves as the central contact providing exceptional customer service for Fiserv’s small to enterprise business merchants using Fiserv’s Ecommerce, Terminal, and Clover point of sale (POS) processing systems. Fiserv merchant products and solutions allow businesses to accept the widest variety of payments quickly, easily, and securely. You will help business merchants by answering basic questions, assisting with account updates, and performing more detailed research and analysis of transaction, billing, and funding issues.
What you will do
Leverage your knowledge and expertise to answer questions and resolve problems. No two customers, problems, or resolutions are the same. Sometimes you will not know the right answer. We are looking for someone who will rely on their training and resources and is always up for a challenge.
- Assist with account details: account maintenance /account changes, discuss statements, review processing fees/billing
- Validate credit card numbers, authorization codes, expiration dates, batch information
- Verify closed batches, verify deposit/funding information, submit funding investigations
- Assist with business track enrollment (account web portal), password reset, and navigation; educate and assist with online self- service tools
- Tax information including 1099k and W-9 and cancellation of account
- Ordering Supplies
What you will need to have
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer facing role, preferably in financial services, technology support or customer service (ex: retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Quiet and secure home working environment free from background noise and distractions
- Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and payments
- Understanding of computers, internet navigation, and web applications
- Sufficient Internet speed: Ping less than 50 ms, Download >12.0 Mbps, Upload >2.0 Mbps
What would be great to have
- Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting 2 years or more
- Experience working in a fast paced, high volume, metric driven call center environment

Compensation: $16.50+
Training Start Date: 18 Sep 2023
Training Schedule and Length: 9:00am-5:30pm EST M-F
Working Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Pre-employment background, credit, and drug test are required.
This is a remote role but may not be performed in the following states: California, Colorado, Maine, Minnesota, New York, Washington D.C, or Washington.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
