Job description: 

Our ministry is seeking a candidate who is well-seasoned in organizational leadership. A board member provides visionary leadership and will work with the Executive director to develop and direct programming in line with the ministry's mission/vision. A board member would also assist in recruiting and training new team members, and take the helm in fundraising efforts. Their key role will be to serve as an advisor to the Director, and will also be a source of accountability!

Functions:

• Serves as an advisor to the Director
• Serves as an accountability partner to the Director
• Aids in Strategic planning
• Consistently Meets with Partners and Investors
• Ensure legal compliance
• Manage compensation
• Provides Financial oversight
• Leads team by serving them
• Leads and trains volunteers
• Leads spiritually
• Provides emotional support to staff and volunteers
• Leads team meetings when needed
• Provide administrative leadership and direction
• Recruit, and train team members
• Aids Ministry Health
• Aids Ministry growth
• Aids in event planning
• Helps Create and streamline systems

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31,939.68 - $38,464.99 per year
