We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work as part of our dynamic recruiting team. We provide support for affiliates throughout the USA. Full-time Remote, Monday through Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm, some flexibility

Duties of the position:
- Assist our recruiting team with the onboarding process of candidates/new hires.
- Process new hire paperwork- background checks, tax forms, references, FBI, and more.
- Proactive, highly motivated, organized, and with excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Manage/coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure all required paperwork is completed.
- Responsible for new employee paperwork, follow-up, monitoring, and report generation.
- Communicate with employees, managers, recruiters, human resources, and affiliates.
- Assist the recruiting department, new hires, and external vendors to expedite the hiring process.
Education, Qualifications, Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience in an office setting or customer service is required.
- High School Diploma or GED, Req. a Degree is A+.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- A strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Additional Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge of MS Office, and other HR applications, (ATS and/or HRIS systems A+), is not required.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proactive, organized, and possess great follow-up skills.
- Have the skill/ability to collaborate, partner with, and provide exceptional customer support to a variety of affiliate partners within the organizations.
