Online Children Spanish Teacher

Hey there! I own a Spanish online Academy for children (www.outschool.com/teachers/Spanishthefunway). We are doing so well and I need more teachers. The perfect candidate has to be fun, engaging and of course speak Spanish in a native level. Also, it needs to be tech savvy. In order to better understand your experience and skills, we would like to ask you a few questions before we move forward with the onboarding process:

Do you have experience teaching children online? If so, could you please share some examples of your previous experience with us?

Are you familiar with using Zoom as a virtual classroom platform? Specifically, do you know how to change your background and share audio during a session?

How would you describe your teaching style, and what strategies do you use to engage students in online learning environments?

What do you think is the most essential skill for a teacher to have when teaching Spanish to children?

Finally, please tell us about your availability and how many hours you are able to commit to teaching each week.

*** Once you approved on the Academy, I expect you to be with us for at least 6 months. Should be able to start teaching ASAP or in a month as the latest.
