Description
Managing trackers, sending reminders and closing loops with the stakeholders categorizing conversations in the listening tool, as required by the projects. Maintain and circulate daily, weekly and monthly ORM reports to internal departments for their information and further action connect, converse and engage with the target audience on digital platforms, on behalf of the brand.
