As an Outreach Specialist at ALSI, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to cultivate future leaders who actively engage in their communities. You will work closely with our youth participants, guiding them towards character development and professional empowerment through leadership and service opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing outreach initiatives, building relationships with schools, community organizations, and other key stakeholders. Your main focus will be on recruiting and retaining youth members, coordinating events, and promoting our organization's mission.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with our program coordinators, volunteers, and administrative staff to ensure the success of our programs. Together, we will create a supportive environment that fosters growth and empowers young leaders to make a meaningful impact on society.

➜ You shall develop and implement strategies to engage and attract diverse groups of youth to our leadership and service programs.

➜ We expect you to establish relationships with schools, community organizations, and other partners to promote our organization's mission and increase participation in our programs.

➜ You will create and deliver presentations and workshops to educate youth about the importance of leadership and service, and inspire them to get involved.

➜ We expect you to collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and social media campaigns that effectively communicate the value and impact of our programs.

REMOTE POSITION
This position will be completely remote. Occasional paid for business trips to either Los Angeles, CA or Chicago, IL (our headquarters) may occur at the expense of the organization.
