About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Integrations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by deploying, managing, and supporting the integration of our Showings Services, Offer Manager, and MarketStats in a variety of systems. As a Partner Integrations Specialist, you will work closely with our MLS partners, vendors and internal teams to understand integration requirements and ensure a smooth data flow between systems. You will be responsible for configuring and deploying the integration, ensuring seamless operation, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Your expertise in managing data integrations will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of real estate data within our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage the integration of our Showings Services, Offer Manager, and MarketStats.
- Collaborate with MLS partners and vendors to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
- Configure and exchange metadata, manage certificates and keys, and set up trust relationships between ShowingTime and the Identity Provider (IDP).
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of integrated data, solving issues, and ensuring data flows seamlessly.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective data support.
- Monitor data quality, perform regular data checks, and implement improvements to optimize integration processes.
- Adapt to changing business needs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate flexibility.
- Debug XML/XSL/XSLT and validate data with legacy CallCenter.
- Monitor data queue logs and conduct feed sync/catch-up after multiple failures.
- Conduct Linux GREP environment searches and perform cleanup of production and QA environments.
- Compare Web API and RETS, handle agent/office role changes, and support RETS Excel client usage.
- Provide getObject/Photo support, assist with ADISupport/process monitoring, and set up migrations/conversions.
- Manage special jobs and configurations, such as CRON jobs.
- Solve issues related to SSO configurations or integration problems.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $34.30 - $54.70 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, computer science, or analytics.
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the responsibilities and requirements.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and present them in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with database structuring tools such as XML, DMQL2, RETS, and Web API.
- Familiarity with the underlying protocols used in Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations such as SAML, OAuth, or OpenID Connect.
- Understanding of how to configure and integrate applications or services to work with the chosen Identity Provider (IdP).
- Proficiency in Excel, along with a general understanding of how data pipelines work.
- Familiarity with basic web markup languages such as HTML.
- Basic understanding of how the web functions, including the basic components of web requests used by web browsers when opening pages.
- Familiarity with built-in devtools in Chrome and Firefox.
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analyses into simple, structured frameworks accompanied by concrete action plans.
- Capable of working across different teams and influencing business partners to establish realistic goals and prioritize data-driven solutions.
- Experience in presenting results and insights to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fluid and fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability to changing business needs.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high data quality standards across integrated systems.
